背誦中華傳統智慧經典，學習古聖先賢，薰習寶貴的文化精華，提昇孩子的學習能力，記憶能力，語文能力，道德品行及人生智慧。
This class will promote the teachings of Confucius and Mencius, as well as many other classic books and poetry from the ancient China. This class will improve student’s ability of learning and memorization, and also increase their morals and wisdom of life.
中文歌曲 Chinese Songs
不論是中文流行歌曲或民謠，讓學生藉由輕鬆愉快的歌唱來學中文。
This class will inspire students to learn Chinese by singing various Chinese songs.
小主播、小記者 Anchor and Journalist Trainee
培養學生口語表達及寫作能力，學習主持、採訪與發問的技巧，練習新聞寫作。
This class provides students training in verbal communication and writing. Students will learn how to be an anchor, a reporter or journalist.
中國文化常識 Chinese Culture Knowledge
增進學生對中國歷史及文化的認識與瞭解，內容包含了歷史、傳統美德、姓氏稱謂、節慶、科技發明、建築、文字語言、成語慣語....等等。
This class will help students gain better understanding and appreciation of Chinese history and culture. Topics such as history, virtue, names and titles, holidays, technology and inventions, architecture, languages, proverbs and idioms, etc. will be covered.
多媒體中文 IQ Chinese
電腦學中文，加強中文 ”聽 說 讀 打 ” 的能力， 提升華語文溝通能力。
Multi-Media Chinese – Using computer software to improve students listening, reading, speaking and typing abilities.
國畫 Chinese Brush Painting
研習中國傳統的繪畫，學習佈局及用墨的技巧，了解國畫的骨幹與意境，進而能欣賞畫中"留白"之藝術。
This class teaches the traditional Chinese brush painting, arrangement and shading techniques. Students learn to appreciate the design, display and the perspective intended by the artists.
硬筆書法 Chinese Calligraphy
研習硬筆書法，加強筆順及對中國字的認識。
This class teaches the concept of Chinese writing. Students will learn the proper way to write Chinese characters and develop an appreciation of calligraphy.
毛筆書法 Brush Calligraphy
介紹中國毛筆書法藝術。藉控制墨的濃淡、紙的種類及毛筆的彈性，學習不同的書體。
This class introduces students the art of brush calligraphy. By controlling the concentration of ink, the thickness and absorptivity of the paper, and the flexibility of the brush, students learn to produce an infinite variety of styles and forms.
圍棋象棋 Go Game & Chinese Chess
介紹棋藝基本佈局、棋法及策略，由下棋過程中訓練思考能力。
This class teaches basic Go game and Chinese chess strategies such as opening moves and combat tactics as well as analytical thinking.
中國串珠及編結 Chinese Beading and Knotting
研習串珠技巧，讓你的想像力將這些珠子串成意想不到的成品，並介紹傳統編結藝術，進而實際練習，編結各款樣式。
This class allows students to learn beading techniques and create beautiful pieces of art, limited only by imagination. This class also introduces the techniques of Chinese knotting and weaving.
中國紙藝 Chinese Paper Craft
傳授摺紙和剪紙等藝術，以訓練學生紙藝之創造力。
This class introduces the art of folding and cutting papers and crafting them into various objects and shapes - a good training for students' creativity.
卡通造型基礎班 Introduction to Cartoon
藉由卡通造型的介紹及習作，孩子們能畫出自己喜歡的卡通人物。
This class introduces the basic concepts and techniques of cartooning. In this class, students learn to create their own cartoons. Difficulty will vary according to the class level.
中國笛子 Chinese Flute
中國民俗樂器演奏家教授各式笛子演奏技巧，參加春節晚會演出。(樂器自備)
This class offers various flute playing techniques to students and is taught by a folk music specialist. Students may participate in the New Year Celebration Performance. (Bring your own instruments)

教授各式中國傳統樂器及演奏技巧，培養成為中文學校國樂團之班底. 參加春節晚會演出。(樂器自備)
This class teaches various Chinese instruments playing techniques. The ICS Chinese Orchestra will be selected from this class. Students may participate in the New Year Celebration Performance. (Bring your own instruments)

教授吉他演奏技巧，參加春節晚會演出。(樂器自備)
This class teaches Guitar playing techniques to students who may participate in the New Year Celebration Performance and other community activities. (Bring your own guitar)
民族舞蹈 Folk Dance
教授民族舞蹈，參加春節晚會及社區活動演出。(服裝道具自理)
This class teaches Chinese folk dance. Students will participate in various community events and the New Year Celebration Performance. (Dress/Prop fee not included)
中國 Chinese Kung-Fu
傳授林、螳螂拳，參加節晚會及社區活動演出。(制服自理)
This class teaches Shaolin and Mantis form of martial art. Students may participate in various community events and the New Year Celebration Performance. (Uniform is student's responsibility)

中國童玩種類繁多，如陀螺、毽子、扯鈴、跳繩、舞獅、風車、花燈、扔沙袋等，這些自古流傳的玩具和遊戲使每個童年生活增添許多回味無窮的樂趣。
A wide range of Chinese folk toys, such as gyroscopes, shuttlecock, diabolo, jump rope, lion dance, pinwheel, lantern, throwing sandbags, which developed since ancient times, have added memorable childhood fun.

SATII中文加強班 SATII Chinese Preparation
教授內容與課程程度相當於College Board 的SAT II中文測驗。其中包括聽力測驗、語文測驗、閱讀測驗。參加兩次SAT II中文模擬考。**限美校九年級以上學生參加。
This course prepares students for the College Board's Chinese SAT II exam. It teaches listening comprehension as well as usage, and reading comprehension. The teaching and materials provided will improve students' exam taking skills for SAT II Chinese exam. **This class only accepts students enrolling in high schools, 9th grade or up.
學聯會/領導才能訓練班 Student Council/Youth Leadership
藉青少年領導才能培訓的整套課程，以實習、參與或負責學校各項課外活動的方式來安排與進行。承諾遵守校規，全程參與，達成最佳效果。**限美校九年級以上學生。
Students will develop leadership skills by organizing and participating in various school sponsored events and activities. ** This course is limited to students enrolling in high schools, 9th grade and up.
